About the name
Named after the two who supervised.
B & Z Industries takes its name from Barley and Zoey, the two dogs who sat in on every late night of building things. Barley was a scruffy terrier with a foreman's temperament, on the job from 2011 to 2021. Zoey, a Yorkie-Corkie mix, inherited the role and still keeps office hours.
The company stays deliberately small: real products, built carefully, supported personally. When you email us, the person who built the software answers.
